Arrival by plane

The airport is located at a 7 km  from the city centre, which can be reached by taxi (average price 30EUR) or by public transportation (Alibus, connecting to central station and harbour) Alternatively, the best and closest destination is Rome Fiumicino.
Connection from Fiumicino Airport to Naples, requires using Trenitalia Leonardo Express leaving from Fiumicino Airport railway station each 30 minutes. Leonardo Express takes about 32 minutes to the Railways Station of Rome Termini. From Rome Termini fast trains leave about each hour to Napoli, taking about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Two cpmpanies connect Roma and Napoli: Trenitalia and Italotreno.

Arrival by train

The main railway station of Napoli is called Napoli Centrale – Piazza Garibaldi. Napoli has several daily connections through Fast Trains (Trenitalia Frecce or Italo) with all main Italian cities. The stations is linked to the city centre by subway, public buses or taxi.

Arrival by car

From Rome, Highway A1 (Autostrada del Sole), from Bari, Highway A14, from Reggio Calabria, Highway A3, take the “Tangenziale” exit at Fuorigrotta. Follow the directions: Piazzale Tecchio/Campi Flegrei.
